UC Sampdoria third match jersey for 2022/23 comes in an amber colour with a classic panel insert featuring the blucerchiata band revisited in black, red and white. The centre of the band features an HD badge of the St. George's cross. The back of the collar displays a tone-on-tone extra-thick print that reads Genova 12 Agosto 1946, the year the club was founded. The inside back collar, meanwhile, includes the blucerchiata band and the Genoese dialect phrase Pe Zena e pe Sàn Zòrzo.
